The young guns class is suited for beginner karateka 12 years and younger. Classes start a 17h00 and end at 18h00 with a definite emphasis on learning karate through fun and laughter. The intermediate class also starts at 17h00 and ends at 18h00. It is a little more focused on learning dojo etiquette, kata and kumite. Although all our classes are fun, this class is a little more of a work out than the young guns class.

The senior class is suited to older teenagers, adults and more senior ranked juniors. It is robust and focused on fitness and technical style accuracy. This class starts at 18h00 and ends at 19h00.

Classes commence from the first day on which the school term starts and will be held every Monday and Wednesday during the school term. Free additional classes will, from time to time, appear on the training schedule and members are always welcome to join such classes. Seminars and courses will also be conducted and details of these will also be posted on a weekly basis on the schedule.

Gradings will be conducted at the end of each term for those Karateka who are, in the Sensei's opinion, are ready to progress to the next rank.
